Welcome to imgAi.in. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and imgAi.in (“imgAi.in”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and utilization of the website located at https://imgai.in and all affiliated in-browser software utilities, APIs, mobile web applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By browsing, interacting with, or running any computational tool on imgAi.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy. A foundational characteristic of imgAi.in is its 100% local, client-side processing architecture. Unlike conventional cloud converters, our website does not transmit your source image files to remote server infrastructure for processing:

• Device Execution: All raster transformations, format transcoding, compression algorithms, background separations, EXIF parsing, and vector slicing execute entirely within the local random access memory (RAM) and graphics processor (GPU) of your personal computing device via HTML5 Canvas, WebGL, and WebAssembly (WASM).
• Zero Server Storage: imgAi.in does not maintain, log, cache, or store copies of your visual assets, facial biometric imagery, photographic metadata, or digital signatures on any centralized server or cloud bucket.
• Ephemeral Lifespan: Because files reside solely in your browser's active tab memory, all image buffers are automatically purged from volatile memory upon closing the browser tab or reloading the webpage. imgAi.in has zero technical capacity to retrieve, restore, or reconstruct any previously processed files.

imgAi.in grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and utilize our 23 image tools for both personal and commercial operations:

You retain 100% undisputed intellectual property ownership, copyright, and moral rights over all digital files, photographs, graphic illustrations, vector layers, and handwritten signatures processed on imgAi.in.

Unlike predatory cloud platforms whose terms claim broad sub-licensable rights to use user uploads to train commercial artificial intelligence models, imgAi.in asserts zero rights, claims, or licenses over your content. We do not use, index, aggregate, or train any machine learning weights on your photographs.

To maintain a secure, lawful, and compliant web ecosystem, you agree not to utilize imgAi.in for any prohibited or unlawful activities, including:

• Unlawful Exploitation: Creating, editing, or distributing non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or content violating international penal statutes.
• Fraud & Impersonation: Generating fraudulent identification cards, forging legal signatures with malicious intent to defraud financial institutions, or producing deceptive deepfakes.
• Infrastructure Attacks: Initiating automated distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) traffic, vulnerability probing, or executing automated scrapers that impose disproportionate burdens on our hosting servers.
• Malicious Code Injection: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or inject malicious payloads into our client-side WebAssembly modules or JavaScript distribution scripts.

To maintain our 23 professional image utilities completely free for worldwide users without paid subscription paywalls, imgAi.in displays non-intrusive third-party digital advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense.

• Advertising Cookies: Google and its certified third-party ad technology partners may utilize cookies, web beacons, and mobile identifiers to serve relevant ads based on your prior browsing history across the web.
• Opt-Out Controls: You may manage or opt out of personalized interest-based advertising at any time by visiting AboutAds.info, Google Ads Settings, or via our site's Cookie Preferences.
• No Endorsement: The inclusion of any advertisement on imgAi.in does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or verification of the advertised product or service by imgAi.in.

imgAi.in is provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

While our algorithms undergo extensive rigorous testing, we do not warrant that our image processing tools will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with every legacy web browser or hardware configuration. Processing speeds and maximum file size limits (such as handling 50MB TIFF or RAW files) are dependent upon your device's available local hardware memory and processor capabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall imgAi.in, its operators, developers, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Because your files are handled strictly within your device's local memory, you maintain sole responsibility for preserving independent backup copies of all original photographs and digital assets prior to performing destructive editing, compression, or transformation workflows.

imgAi.in respects the intellectual property rights of creators and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and global copyright regulations. Because our Services operate entirely client-side without hosting user files, our web servers do not store or publicly broadcast user-generated imagery.

However, if you believe that any graphic, editorial tutorial, text content, or asset hosted directly on our website infringes upon your copyright, please dispatch a formal DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing:

• Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Specific identification of the URL on imgAi.in claimed to be infringing.
• Your contact details, including postal address, telephone number, and email address.
